Performance Tab

Users with the Performance feature enabled use the tab to view up to five sections of information related to employee performance: Appraisals, Continuous Feedback, Goals, Employee Recognition, and 360s. What you can view and do depends on your role and permissions, and whether the feature that controls a section is enabled for your role.

Appraisals: The appraisals section displays when the Appraisals feature is enabled for your role. This section lists current, pending, and past appraisals. All open appraisals are listed.

Continuous Feedback: This section displays when the Continuous Feedback feature is enabled for your role. This section lists up to five active feedback sessions. Sessions with a status of Completed or Deleted do not display. If an employee has more than five active sessions, a View All button displays.

Field Description
Subject The reason for the feedback session. Click this link to open the Continuous Feedback Sessions screen in a new browser tab. Managers and an employee who is the creator of a session have access to edit the session from the Continuous Feedback Sessions screen.
Manager The manager of the selected or specified employee.
Employee The name of the employee associated with the feedback session.
Status The state of the session request. Note that sessions with a status of Completed or Deleted do not display here.
  • Pending: This indicates the session was created but not yet accepted by the other party or parties.
  • Accepted: This indicates the other party or parties have accepted the session.
Progress This field indicates the status of the task or goal that resulted from the session. For example, On Track or At Risk.
View All Button This button displays if additional sessions, beyond the five limit maximum, are available. Click the button to open the Continuous Feedback screen.

Goals: This section displays when the Employee Goals feature is enabled for your role. This section lists up to five employee goals. Goals with a status of Completed or Deleted do not display. If an employee has more than five goals, a View All button displays.

Field Description
Goal Name The name of the goal. Click the goal name to view details.
Employee % Complete A numeric score indicating the employee's progress on the goal.
Start Date The date the goal was set.
Target Date The date of anticipated goal completion.
Status Status of the goal from a set of pre-defined values such as Not Started or At Risk.
View All Button This button displays if additional goals, beyond the five limit maximum, are available. Click the button to open the Employee Goals screen.

Employee Recognition: This section displays when the Employee Recognition Page feature is enabled for your role. This section lists up to five of the most recent recognitions. If an employee has more than five recognitions, a View All button displays.

Field Description
Badge This is an icon and a label indicating the type of work that is being recognized. Administrators create Badges that align with the types of performance and values important to your company, to manage and encourage the recognition of employee achievements.
Employee Recognition Title This is the description of the recognition received by the employee. Click the title to view additional details.
Recognized By The employee who created the recognition.
Date Created The date the recognition was created.
View All Button This button displays if additional recognitions, beyond the five limit maximum, are available. Click the button to open the Employee Recognition screen.

360s: This section displays when the 360 Only feature is enabled for your role. This section lists up to five of the most recent, and active, 360s. If an employee has more than five, a View All button displays.

Field Description
Title This is the name of the 360 appraisal.
Manager This is the manager of the employee who is being appraised.
Launch Date This is the date the 360 appraisal was launched.
Status This is the status of the appraisal. For example, Open or Completed.
View All Button This button displays if additional 360s, beyond the five limit maximum, are available. Click the button to open the My 360s screen.
